As part of the International Baccalaureate Learner Profile attribute “Being good communicators”, a meaningful school assembly was held with the preschool children to encourage reflection and the practice of communication skills.

The activity began with a warm-up exercise before the assembly, creating a positive and engaging atmosphere. Throughout the session, key questions were posed about what it means to be a good communicator, allowing the children to share their ideas and personal experiences. Helpful tips were also reviewed to encourage the continued development of this important skill in daily life, both inside and outside the classroom.

As a special conclusion, certificates were awarded to students who have demonstrated being Good Communicators, recognizing their effort and dedication.

Activities like this strengthen the IB profile in young learners, helping to shape students who are confident, expressive, and attentive to the ideas of others.

En el marco del atributo del perfil del Bachillerato Internacional «Ser buenos comunicadores», se llevó a cabo un enriquecedor minuto cívico con los niños de preescolar, en la que se promovió la reflexión y la práctica de habilidades comunicativas.

La actividad inició con un ejercicio de calentamiento antes del minuto cívico, generando un ambiente participativo y positivo.

Durante la jornada, se plantearon preguntas clave sobre lo que significa ser un buen comunicador, permitiendo que los niños compartieran ideas y experiencias propias. Además, se recordaron importantes tips para seguir desarrollando esta habilidad en el día a día, tanto dentro como fuera del aula.

Como cierre especial, se realizó la entrega de diplomas a los estudiantes que han demostrado ser Buenos Comunicadores, reconociendo su esfuerzo y compromiso.

Este tipo de actividades refuerzan el perfil IB en los más pequeños, formando estudiantes seguros, expresivos y atentos a las ideas de los demás.
