ENGLISH:
On February 27th, in commemoration of Civic Day, a school-wide assembly was held during which we reflected on the history of the Battle of Tarqui and emphasized the importance of loving and respecting our homeland: Ecuador. The students of First Grade B created paintings depicting the natural beauty of Ecuador to encourage a sense of patriotism. Additionally, this activity helped the children develop the traits of inquisitiveness and critical thinking.

El día 27 de febrero, en conmemoración del Día del Civismo, se llevó a cabo un acto cívico en el que recordamos la historia de la batalla de Tarqui y la importancia de amar y respetar nuestra patria: Ecuador. Los niños de Primero de Básica B realizaron pinturas que resaltaban las bellezas naturales de nuestro país, con el objetivo de promover ese amor por la patria. Esta actividad también ayudó a los niños a desarrollar habilidades de indagación y pensamiento crítico.
