For the first time at Tomás Moro, Second Baccalaureate students are preparing for the DET AND IELTS exams. Both exams are demanding and certify the level of English for admission to universities.
Luis Felipe Pazmiño is the teacher in charge of preparing his students. His classes have been efficiently organized for this experience.
Today we received the visit of John Darren from International House, IELTS examination center for the British Council in Quito. During the visit, students taking the IELTS exam, had the opportunity to learn from first-hand important information about the exam day.
Simultaneously, the students who opted for the DET exam took a simulation in the classroom, to get familiarized with the format of the exam.
We congratulate Luis Felipe for the arduous and responsible preparation for these exams and we wish his students all the best.

EXÁMENES DE SUFICIENCIA EN INGLÉS DET Y IELTS
Por primera vez en el colegio, los estudiantes de Segundo Bachillerato se están preparando para los exámenes DET Y IELTS. Ambos exámenes son demandantes y certifican el nivel de Inglés para ingreso a universidades.
La preparación ha estado a cargo de su profesor Luis Felipe Pazmiño, quien ha organizado sus clases de manera eficiente para esta experiencia.
El día de hoy recibimos la visita de John Darren de International House, sede de examinación de IELTS por el British Council en Quito. Durante la visita, los estudiantes que rendirán el examen IELTS, tuvieron la oportunidad de conocer de primera mano, información importante sobre el día del examen.
Simultáneamente los estudiantes que optaron por el examen DET rindieron un simulacro en el aula, para familiarizarse con el formato del examen.
Felicitamos a Luis Felipe por la ardua y responsable preparación de estos exámenes y desde ya auguramos éxitos a los estudiantes.
