ENGLISH:

During the general assembly, through the activity “My Little Hands Say No,” the Tomasito children took part in a heartfelt event filled with messages and symbolic gestures for the International Day of Non-Violence.

This experience encouraged respect, peace, and harmonious coexistence, while strengthening values of empathy and peaceful conflict resolution within the school community.

The children watched a short dramatization performed by two teachers, who demonstrated the positive ways we can use our hands — to help, hold, greet, and show affection. Through this activity, the students reflected with their teachers on the importance of living in peace and resolving conflicts through dialogue.

Finally, the children left their handprints on a poster with the phrase “My Hands Build Peace,” symbolizing their commitment to a culture of kindness and harmony.
