As part of unit 6, which is focused on Ecuador and its regions, this week, together with our children from first basic, we investigated about the traditional food of the Andean region. We prepared a delicious recipe of Llapingachos. We enjoyed its preparation, texture, and taste.

Como parte de la unidad 6, la cual está enfocada en el Ecuador y sus regiones, esta semana junto a nuestros niños de primero de básica, investigamos sobre la comida tradicional de la región Sierra.
